when i was installing vista, i think i installed i twice?

when i was installing vista, throughout, the process it came to a black screen and it said:

Windows Vista
old

then the screen went black and it asked me to install vista again, so i proceeded and when it came back to the black screen, it said:

Windows Vista
Windows Vista

What did i do? what do i do?
