Where do I go to change RAM speed?

    Hi, I have a M3A79-T Deluxe Mobo and i have 1066 RAM but they are set as defult at 800. Where in the bios do i o to change it from 800 to 1066? how do i do it step by step? If anyon knows how that would be great!
