Where to get USB+Audio+1394 daughter bd for QF50

    I have an AOpen QF50 case with a front bottom panel with 2xUSB 2.0 + audio
    sockets. I'm looking for the AOpen daughter board that has outlets for USB,
    audio and firewire.

    AOpen's web site shows the following info for this part:

    55-96306 001
    Audio+USB+1394(6 pin)

    However, I can't find anywhere that has one.

    Does anyone know where I can order one?
