    FSB 800/ 533/ 400MHz
    Support Hyper-Threading Technology
    Chipset North Bridge: Intel® 865PE
    South Bridge: Intel® ICH5

    Model 648FX-A
CPU Socket 478 for Intel Pentium 4 processor,
    Supports HT Technology
    FSB: 800/533/400MHz
    Chipset SiS 648FX + SiS 963L

Why a Pentium 4? Why not get an Athlon 64 processor instead?

I already have a Celeron 235 Processor and DDr400 RAM so I need to find
a good motherboard a that is less than $60. Both these are less than
    $60.
