Why would 3 motherboards appear in Device Manager

I could not do a system restore so I tried to roll back sp3, and now I show two Add/Remove icons in the Control Panel and three motherboards in the Device Manager.
The Motherboards may have already been there, I had not noticed. I am not familiar with computers.

Display adapter Nvida GForce 7100 GS
