Windows 2000 on EP-BX3

    I know... it's an old Slot 1 BX board. Was going to put Win2k on it
    and use it for the guest room internet/email box.

    flashed it to the latest BIOS dates 9/2000 and Windows 2000 took about
    2 hours to install with the power light flashing continuously.

    runs very slow.

    ACPI is enabled in the BIOS.

    Did not want to go back to Win98 if possible.

    Ideas?

    Does the PC meet the minimum hardware requirements for Win2k?

    If it is swaping to vertual memory, add more ram: 256 Meg min.

    What is the CPU clock freq? What's the CPU?
