Won't Buy SuperMicro Again

Just saying, I have a SuperMicro board on my server with a Xeon CPU. It has eight memory slots of which four are populated. I was interested in adding memory and simply put in a ticket asking about how to arrange them, since they are of two different model pairs and how to add new ones.

I'm told the board is old and out of warranty so they won't support it. I'm not asking to fix a problem, just configuration questions, which they could answer. Good companies would answer this without making it an issue.

I detest man their z270 CG is pretty awesomely done out of the z270s for sure.
