XPSP2 Build 2082 killed my soft keyboard!

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I installed XPSP2 Build 2082
and now my input panel keyboard doesn't appear. I can still input
using the text recognizer panels, but the virtual keyboard panel just
appears as a big blank panel.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Richard.

In order to fix this, you first have to uninstall the SP2 build 2082 and reboot. Next, uninstall the Lonestar Alpha upgrade and reboot. Finally, install the SP2 Build 2082 and reboot. The Soft Keyboard should now reappear. :)
