Your AGP may have a problem...

Discussion in 'AOpen' started by Tørres Kristian Brøvig, Sep 23, 2003.

  1. I removed my AGP graphics card and inserted a PCI graphics card on my
AX4PE-MAX mainboard. When I start my computer a voice says "Your AGP may
have a problem" and my screen stays black. I tried to insert an older AGP
card, but the same thing happened. Can anyone help me? Isn`t PCI graphics
card supported on this mainboard? and isn`t older AGP supported either?

Look in your BIOS. There should be a setting where you specify to use
the PCI graphics card instead of the AGP.
