ZCfgSvc.exe eating up the Process Time

This ZCfgSvc.exe is causing trouble in two ways:

    1) It is consuming 60% - 80% of the process time, continuously.
    2) When I logoff or hybernate, it doesn't end in time so the logoff /
    shutdown process is locked up.

I have it only on my tablet pc, not on another laptop or desktop. This
appears to have reduced my battery up time from 4 hrs to 2 hrs. That is
devastating. It wasn't noticed earlier. I noticed it only recently about 3 -
    5 months.

What is this service? Can I get rid of this?

    ThanQ...

Kill it... IF your Intel wireless still works then you are good to go.
