Mother Board Boot problem

I have a Z59n-plus wifi motherboard. I got the following screen when booting. (see attached). This is the first time I've ever seen this screen. Can anyone translate the meaning and tell me what has caused this. Also what do I need to do to correct the problem? This is the second day in a row that I'm getting this screen !!
