ASuS M2N68-LA Problem HELP!

    I have a Compaq SR5113WM with a M2N68-LA Mobo. when it turn on it show Award Boot Block can some one help me I've been reading that i flashed the bios wrong and now it shows this is there anything i can do to fix this?
