Asus motherboard P8B75-M sometimes ask for F1 to go into BIOS to recover BIOS Setting in Power up

Asus motherboard P8B75-M sometimes ask for F1 to go into BIOS to recover BIOS Setting in Power up, it is not all the time but sometimes, and I did not do anything by only going into BIOS and save setting then it will boot up. And it only happens on power up but not on restart. Please help.

Have you tried a new battery in the board
