I recently bought and installed a new ASUS Z790 Gaming Wifi MB. I am using Gskill DDR5 memory. I have two(2) 16GB sticks, and two(2) 32GB sticks. All of the memory works individually, all of the memory works in single pairs (and either in A2/B2, or even A1/B1 config). BUT if I install BOTH pairs (16GB sticks in A1/B1, 32GB sticks in A2/B2, or vice versa) I cannot get past first boot memory check (power button led flashes fast indicating memory error). The sticks are the SAME in every aspect other than 16GB and 32GB. What could be causing this?

The maximum DRAM speed is different depending on how many memory sticks you have installed and the type of memory sticks. The maximum DDR5 speed when you are fully loaded with dual rank DIMM's is 4400 MT/s. Make sure you have the latest BIOS installed, and reducing the speed to 4400 in the BIOS.
