can any one help me pc wont start

    hi all i am all new to this so please forgive me if i miss anything out
    ok my problem is when i turn on my pc it lights up and i here the fans but i get no signal on the monitor . so i read to remove the ram and clean it did this no joy , next i read power supply changed this no joy tried the bios reset nothing . so i am left to think may be the board is dead or maybe the possessor . just all so read that if i turn it off remove all ram turn on if there is a beep board is OK . done this and it makes a constant beep
    so to clarify i have no signal to the monitor also no usbs work i get no beeps at all unless i remove all the ram
    i would be ever so grateful for any help and advice 4 local computer shops and 4 different things they tried to charge me for :eek:

    sorry forgot to say it is a micro star board (i think thats all i can see and cpu is core 2 quad

    Have you tried changing the monitor or the VGA cable?
