Cannot enable AGP port on MSI-6712

    Just got hold of a secondhand MSI-6712 mobo, without manual. Graphics card is an ATI Radeon 9700. Don't know why, but the BIOS option to change the AGP port setting from "auto" to something useful, like 4x or 8x, is disabled.

    Any ideas on how to get round this, cos at the mo "auto" seems to mean "off" as far as AGP is concerned.
