I Need help wid mah computer..

my computer is about 2 yrs old..

day before yestaday mah computer froze..

soo i hold the power button and i restarted the computer..

when it restarted... it says..

Please Insert system CD and presss enter..

when i brought the computer i didn't got any CD wid it..

so i need a problem.. do i really need to buy a new CD

or there are other ways..
