    hi,
    i am looking for a motherboard with the following requirements. i realize there are a lot of constraints...
    I have:

    Intel core2 duo 800MhzFSB 1.8GHz
    Kingston DDR2 667 2Gb RAM
    MicroATX case
    1 AGP graphics card (with tv-out)
    1 harddrive- 1 cd burner- 1 dvd player
    reasonable overclocking

    any matches out there?
