Dead board

I recently bought a Gigabyte A520M DS3H motherboard. After assembling the computer, I noticed that nothing but the fans work.
Tried all the usual troubleshooting techniques. Even tried the Q flash from empty board. Q flash button fails to light up.

Hoping that I haven't bought a faulty board.

Any ideas?
