Dell Dim. 4600

Monitor reads: Alert! Previous attempts at booting this system have failed at checkpoint [Size].

No "F Keys" are working. Tried to use the Dell Diagnostic boot disk as well with no luck. Everything seems to be completely locked up.

Any ideas?
