Dell dimension L700CX motherboard upgrade

Hi, does anyone know where to find a dell chassis type 2x compatable motherboard. I am looking to upgrade the motherboard, ram, processor and hard disk on an old dimension and cant find any help on dell support. I have searched powerleap but they do everything based on your current motherboard. I am trying to use the chassis and install an intel core 2 duo. can anyone help. thanks
