Dell laser 1700 printer arm won't lower to pick up paper!

    I have looked and looked at this and finally seen that the arm won't lower for the rollers to catch the paper...in the tray it keeps saying please load paper and suggestions i really love this printer and don't wanna have to buy a new one!
