Deskmini a300 stopped working

    Hello!

    My deskmini stopped working after i installed a wifi module. Removed everything except the cpu, still no power up. Tested the cpu in other mobo, worked well. If the mobo connected to the wall, electric sound comes from the marked part. What's the problem? Is it fixable? Should I RMA it?
