DS3 - CPU fan is always on - need BIOS help

Hi all -

Right now the CPU fan is always on 100%.

What combination of BIOS settings do I change to get the CPU fan to auto-run variable speeds, depending on CPU load?

Oh I'm running latest BIOS from Gigabyte; version 11.
