DVI & VGA Y-cable modification for All-In-Wonder 9000

    My All-In-Wonder 9000 has a DVI output, for which a DVI-to-VGA adapter was supplied. I bought a "Y" cable to be able to connect both my VGA monitor and DVI projector at the same time, but the card will only recognize one connection at a time (to use the monitor, I have to unplug from the DVI leg & have to unplug from the VGA leg to use the projector). I once saw a web page that showed how to modify the cable (cutting off a pin, if I recall correctly) to be able to use both at the same time, but I lost by bookmarks and have not been able to find that page again. Does anyone know where it might be?
