Epox 5LDA+GLI need BIOS updates

Epox FTP server hasn't worked in months, can someone help me? I need the 3/31/2006 BIOS update for the 5LDA+GLI board.

Alternatively, if you have the 1/25/2006 BIOS update, that would be a huge help too.
