FanControl on STA GA C7V7

Hi out there,

I'd like to control the fanspeed in my little PC here which is a SA GA C7V7.
I can see the fanspeed in some software programs but none of them is able to control the fan speed - to be more precise the voltage on the fan connector.

Any opinion out there if that is not possible in general on that board??
