I recently purchased a Supermicro Chassis (CSE-846BE16-R1K28B) and a Supermicro Motherboard (MBD-X10SRH-CLN4F-O). The chassis comes with a front panel ribbon cable (CBL-0071L) that has all of the front panel connectors and LED pins assembled into a single cable. The motherboard front panel pin configuration, however, is a 20 pin configuration, with pin 1 being power and pin 20 being ground. It is not clear how I am supposed to make this work together. It is odd because the main purpose of the ribbon cable is for when you have a supermicro chassis and motherboard. Is there something I can do to make this setup work?
