My Gateway laptop Mx6931 can't standby or hibernate. I set Control Panel -> Power Options -> Advanced -> (when close lid) stand by or hibernate, the laptop does nothing. When I click start -> Turn off computer -> Stand by, it also does nothing. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
