Hey! My brother recently purchased a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R, an Intel q6600, Mushkin RAM and a 650 WATT power supply. We got everything set up but the rig won't start. We've tried different techniques and fiddled with the front panel plug ins and still no cake. The power is plugged in fine and the power supply switch is at 1 (on).
