Gigabyte 965P-S3

    So I read the power on, power off, power on thing is normal, thats np. I have this installed with

    2GB OCz Gold Edition DDr2 667mhz.
    Intel Pentium D 945 CPU (3.4GHZ)
    Seagate 160GB SATA HDD
    MSI GeForce 7900 PCIEx
    500W Pwr Sply

    I can change all the settings to boot from CD-Rom, boot from that, change this, etc, but the problem is it'll get to the screen where normally you'd see "Press any key to boot from CD" but it just sits there (trying to load XP Pro)

    ACPI Controller 9.

    Under that is a blank cursor. HDD and DVDRW is recognized in bios, set to boot, etc. Once or twice it's started to boot but doesn't go the whole way through. I just got this board back from RMA, its handled properly, mounted properly, etc. so I don't know what the issue is. Everything else is new, tested and working in other machines so I'm hoping its a bios discrepency. Thanks in advance.
