Recently, I replaced this main board's battery. Since then, it doesn't detect some of my hard drives, and it displays a long list of "UEFIs" just above the buttons on the bottom, including a UEFI version of the flash-drive OS I'm operating it from. But it also shows a USB version of that OS; clicking that one works; clicking the UEFI version does not. Can someone tell me how to troubleshoot this? Thanks. Kubuntu 22.04 is the OS I'm using on the flash drive. The main OS on the SSD is messed up; I need to fix that, too. It has two partitions, and UEFI sees one but not the other, the messed up one. This, however, is for later.

Problem solved. I had plugged three hdds in series from the main board. Each one should have had a unique power cord from the main board. Sorry to have troubled you.
