HELP needed on P4P800E Deluxe

Hello, everyone. Please tell me if I can (and how) use 3 sata drives on this mb. I connected the 3rd one on Raid Sata 1 (or 2), but the mb wont detect it. Made some changes in the BIOS, but nothing. Thanks.
