How can i recover my data From dead hard disk

Hi,
yeday i was Working on PC , But due to power failure my Pc get switched of. but now my pc is not detecting my hard disk. I think my hard disk has been crashed. please can u tell me how can i recover my data from my dead hard disk .

you can restore ur computer from ur resotor point or use any datarecovery software
