How to copy part of .text section to internal RAM

Friends,

I want to copy part of .text section or "one function" from .text section" to internal RAM such that this particular .text section run with ZERO wait states. My LCD module is kept in external RAM (.text) and LCD screen update is very very slow. I am planning to push only this part of .text section to internal RAM.
