How to fix my motherboard - help

I have recently pulled my motherboard around too much and now it has glitches in it - like wont restart windows and other little things. I was thinking the soldering has been damaged, is there any way I can repair this myself using a solder iron? I cannot find anything on google about this - can someone please help?
