i've tried 3 different power units and my 12v rail always reads 11.31v idle. my bios also sucks as there are alot of settings missing. my ram timing is also 1-3-3-8 and from what i read online that is wrong. is there any thing i can do. my pu is 500w. btw, hp support sucks too, lol
