HP Pavilion Desk Top Lemon

    I purchased an HP Pavilion Desk top computer 13 months ago and it has been broken more than its worked. it has been sent to HP 3 times and has had the Mother Board replaced 2 times, I just received it back and it is still broken after spending 2.5 hours on the phone with a tech trying to fix it I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call back within 24 hours we are now over 40 hours how can I just get a new tower that works?
