HP scanner 3500c

    My HP3500c scanner does not work through HP Solution Center program that HP adds when you load it on the computer. It only works through Microsoft Office Document Imaging software. I am running Windows XP. I updated the driver off of HP website and no luck. Any suggestions or should I just leave it alone and be happy that at least it works or buy a new scanner:eek:
