Background:
First of all the video card has been tested and works in another computer.
The problem PC meets or exceeds all requirements for the card.
The problem PC was using a PCI-E card before installing this one.
The monitor is a VGA and the DVI to VGA adapter has been tested and works.
After installing the card and hitting the power button all fans come on inside the computer but there isn't any video on the monitor. It displays "No Signal Detected". The drivers shouldn't effect it not showing the pre-Windows information, however they were updated anyway.
I would like to test a DVI monitor without having to use the DVI to VGA adapter, but I don't have that luxury because I don't know anyone close that has one. I'm not wanting to go and buy a DVI Monitor because I'm not sure if that will fix the problem. I thought it was the Adapter, but that was tested and works as well.
I'm really at a loss at this point and don't know what to do.
