interfacing card

Hi
please any one can help me in build I\O interfacing card with ISA or PCI bus .
i need this card to connect it in my PC with ISA or PCI bus to get some amount of I\O ports and by using the labview software i can fed the card with data from the machine that i need to control it .

i didnt talk about netowrk interfacing my question was about making external card could be interfaced with ISA bus and this could be recognized by labview software .
did you got me ?
