I am new here. I have a hp laptop-dv 6058cl.When I turn it on the screen is black and I get three beeps, one long and two short. I called hp and they did not want to tell me if the beeps mean anything. This made me not trust them. I dont want to just send it to them if I have no clue what they want to do. Any advive?
