looking for ARM9/ARM11 development kit

hi all, i've been working with AVR for a few years and now i am considerring to move myself to ARM. an idea for this would be starting a small interesting project. I've build up some basic ideas about this project and now I'm searching around for a hardware platform, which should have the components as listed: * 400 - 600MHz CPU, ARM9 or ARM11 * RS232, or maybe RS485 in addition * USB interfaces * ethernet interface * maybe WIFI connection * a small LCD, 4.3" or 5.6" would be nice does any one has any experience with such device? any recommendation will be appreciated!
