Mobile Intel P4 CPU compatibility in a Gigabyte Desktop Motherboard

Hi,

Could you please tell me if this mobile CPU would be compatible with a Gigabyte GA-8INXP desktop mobo? Also if the mobile CPU would be better than the equivalent desktop CPU (and does it have Hyper Threading)?
