This is my first oc build and i know i seem kind of retarded for asking this but i purchased a ASUS F1A 55-MLX Plus and i only have the power supply the case and the motherboard so far in this build and i hooked it up last night and plugged it into the monitor and when i turned it on i got no picture but i know its not done but wouldn't i at least see the BIOS or something or do you need a CPU to see the picture.
