motion computing LE1600 battery problem

i have a battery name EDX20L8 and i push the battery test button on the battery its self it has three flashing light in blue on the battery meter one at the bottom one in the middle and one at the top it dont hold a charge it seams like what does the lights mean so i know what i need to do to fix the problem i look through the user guide and couldnt find any thing bout the lights
