my windows crash with error message and blue screen

    hi i have asus m5n with 1.6 ghz centrino processor and intel 855gme chipset.
    recently i updated my driver for bios atkacpi, vga drivers. after which im having this trouble.
    my window crashes with blue screen leaving error message
    STOP: 0*0000000A(0*840f4ffb,0*00000002,0*00000001,0*804faf34)
    IRQL_NOT_LESSOREQUAL
    GIVE SOMETHING LIKE BEGINIOING OF PHYSICAL DUMP

    I HAD THIS ONE TOO ONCE WDM DRIVER ERROR 22F
    ATKACPI.SYS+A36 AT F8991A36

    THIS ONE FROM ERROR REPORT

    i have done complete formatting of windows many time , nothing seem to work
