Need help to update the BIOS to my 7VIF4-motherboard!!!

Hei! I need some help to update the BIOS on my Chaintech 7VIF4-motherboard. I have many BIOS versions but I have no idea how to update the BIOS. The latest is from 2005. I need this to use my CPU (AMD Athlon XP 2800+ Barton) propely. It should run at 2,083 Ghz but it only runs at 1,69 Ghz.





Will someone Help me?

It worked out! i only had to config the busspeed-jumpers on the motherboard. It was configed as 133Mhz and now it´s 166Mhz.
