NEEDED: detailed instructions to replace internal memory Compaq R4012us laptop

I need to upgrade the internal memory in my Compaq Presario R4012US Notebook PC. I've searched Compaq's site , it only gives instructions on replacing the external memory . I also searched the web with no luck . Any help would be greatly appreciated
