Optiplex 755

This has to be an easy answer for one of you. Just setting up a Dell Optiplex 755. The "Welcome to your new Dell PC" Toolbar EULA screen won't close. It appears in the bottom taskbar next to "Start". I clicked that I accepted the EULA but.....

Can anyone help?

First to get rid of it temporarily, ctrl + alt + delete and end the task. After, to get rid of it permanently, go to Start, Run, and type MSCONFIG and disable it at startup.
